Why I Started Clarity Quest Coaching
Clarity Quest Coaching was born from a deeply personal place—a blend of lived experiences, resilience, growth, and a calling to support others on their journey toward clarity, confidence, and purpose. I started this coaching practice because I know what it feels like to juggle multiple identities: being a mother, an empty nester, a full-time employee, a small business owner, a student, and a creative soul—all while searching for meaning, balance, and forward momentum.
Throughout my life, I’ve worn many hats, and each one has taught me something powerful about self-awareness, strength, and transformation. I’ve experienced moments of doubt and imposter syndrome, but I’ve also learned how to rise by leaning into my core values—especially my belief in growth, strategy, consistency, and the power of communication. These aren’t just StrengthsFinder themes—they’re how I show up in the world and in service to others.
I created Clarity Quest Coaching because I believe that everyone deserves a safe, empowering space to be seen, heard, and supported while they rediscover themselves and their potential. I’ve always been the person people come to for guidance and reflection, and I realized that coaching wasn’t just something I could do—it was something I *needed* to do. It aligned with my values, my natural strengths, and my deep desire to walk alongside others as they navigate life transitions, overcome obstacles, and pursue goals with intention.
Clarity Quest is about more than goal-setting. It’s about helping people return to themselves—tapping into what already exists within, uncovering what’s possible, and building a future grounded in self-trust. It’s about facilitating real change that honors the whole person, not just their to-do list. I use Appreciative Inquiry as my foundational approach because it reflects how I choose to live: with gratitude, reflection, and a focus on what’s working and what *could* be, rather than what’s broken.
I know the power of journaling, mindfulness, community, and conversation, and I weave those into every client interaction. I believe in meeting people exactly where they are, holding space for their truths, and encouraging them to embrace the messy, beautiful process of personal growth.
Starting Clarity Quest Coaching wasn’t just a career move—it was a soul decision. It’s the culmination of my story and the beginning of a new chapter, one where I get to help others write theirs.
